Welcome to the Trauma Response Simulator!

You're navigating a particularly very bad day. Three stats track how you're holding up. Watch the bars up top; each one's caption explains what happens if it runs out.

Each turn presents a scenario with a few responses. Pick one. Your stats move (not always the way you'd expect) and the day continues. Survive the full run, and you'll get an ending built from wherever your stats landed.

Every so often, a fourth option shows up with no hint attached. That one's a real gamble.

Survive once, and a harder mode called Extended Therapy unlocks permanently: more turns, bigger swings, no mercy.

Every run has a seed. You can set one on the splash screen (or grab the daily one) to compare runs with someone else, and replay a specific run's seed from the end screen. Timed Events is an opt-in toggle there too: some turns get a countdown, and running it out freezes you into a random pick.

The end screen's Share Result button builds an image or text version of what just happened, entirely on your own device — sharing it anywhere from there is your device's own share sheet (or a plain download/copy), never automatic.

The Field Log tab is a separate, real one made for tracking genuine moments in your actual life, not the fictional ones. It has its own note explaining what it is and isn't.
